Materials
Springs are made of wires and rods of various qualities:
- patented carbon steel wire (class 12)
- chromium nickel stainless steel hard-drawn wire (class 17)
- carbon steel strips (class 12)
Wire standards:
- EN 10 270-3
- ISO 6931-1
- DIN 17 224/84
- ČSN 02 6002.5
- AISI 316
Our technical staff will give you more details about the use of these materials in production.
All materials we use for manufacture of springs come from reputable European suppliers with quality management systems certified pursuant to ISO 9000 standards. Materials are supplied with complex metallurgical attests, including chemical composition and results of strength tests.
Surface finish
We are able to provide the following surface finishes and treatments:
- zinc coating
- nickel coating
- tin plating
- blackening
